Poland, and other former Warsaw Pact nations were soon enrolled in NATO, including Estonia, and Latvia, isolating Kaliningrad. In 2014 the Orange Revolution (aided by Victoria Neuland and US Dept of State and its NGOs, and soon the US Dept of Defense had a dozen biolabs in Ukraine. Some contend that the Russian speaking areas of E Ukraine were suffering discrimination. Next the invasion, and a limited war.
