Cape Town, South Africa is suffering from a severe drought. Its solution has been to use less water and drill deeper. I would suggest another solution. Several years ago a MidEast nation toyed with the idea of capturing an iceberg from Antarctica and tugging it to the very hot Mid East. Cape Town and Antarctica are now experiencing summer, Cape Town is much closer to the icy continent than the Mid East is. Why not slice off a piece, or capture an ice berg and bring it to Cape Town to solve the temporary drought???---
